I desire Thee, O Lord
I desire Thee
Close to Thee I long to be
So close to Thee
Fill me with Thy Holy Spirit
As you flow thru me,
More like Jesus I will be
I’ll worship and adore thee
You are my Provider, my Peace,
My Shepherd, my All-sufficiency
Oh, what a Savior!
I desire Thee, O Lord!
So precious Thou are to me!

The Lord is My Shepherd
Not was, not may be nor will be.
“The Lord is my shepherd,” is on Monday
and is through every day of the week;
is in January, is in December, and every month
of the year; is at home, and is in China;
is in peace, and is in war; in abundance, and in penury.”

- Hudson Taylor -
