When our Lord’s life on earth was about o’er
As He hung on the old rugged Cross of Calvary
The thief repenting next to Jesus’ cross cried out to say,
“Jesus, Lord, remember me when You come into Your Kingdom.”
Jesus answered, “I’ll see you in Paradise today!”

When my life lived for Jesus on earth is o’er,
And my Lord calls me Home to Paradise, Home to Paradise
As He did for the thief at Calvary, my Savior will say,
“Welcome Home, My Child, to Paradise! Welcome Home!
So, don’t weep for me when He calls me to Paradise someday!

Paradise, I’ll see you in Paradise,
My Heavenly Home someday
Paradise, Oh, sweet Beulahland,
How I’ve longed to go someday
It won’t be long and He’ll be calling my name
Too and say that day,
“See you in Paradise today!”

See you, my love, (my family and friends) in Paradise someday!
Where we His saints of all ages will all gather ‘round
To worship the King of Kings! Hallelujah!
Paradise found!
