"YOU ARE WORTHY TO BE PRAISED, O’ LORD"

I will praise Thee, O Lord, with my whole heart
How excellent is Thy name in all the earth
I will love Thee, O Lord, my strength
You are worthy to be praised, O Lord!

I will praise Thee, O Lord, with my whole heart
You are my rock, my Fortress and my Deliverer,
My Lord, my Strength, my Redeemer and my El Shadai!
You are worthy to be praised, O Lord!

Worthy, worthy to be praised, O Lord
Many are thy wonderful works which thou hast done
My Savior, my Messiah, King of Kings!
Worthy, worthy to be praised, O Lord!

Forever and ever and ever I will praise Thee, O Lord
Hallelujah! Worthy is the lamb!

Psalm 18:1-3; 8:1,9; 9:1, 9; 40:5 – “I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised: I will praise thee, O Lord, with my whole heart: I will show forth all thy marvelous works...the Lord also will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble...O Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth! Who hast set thy glory above the heavens...oh Lord our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth!...I will love thee, O Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; who is worthy to be praised…Many, O Lord, are thy wonderful works which thou hast done, and thy thoughts which are to usward: they cannot be reckoned up in order unto thee: if I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered.”

Job 35:10 – “But none saith, where is God my maker, who giveth songs in the night.”

Psalms 42:8 – “Yet the Lord will command his lovingkindness in the daytime, and in the night his song shall be with me, and my prayer unto the God of my life.” Psalms 42:8

Psalms 40:3 – “And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the Lord.”
