"KICKING UP GOLD DUST ON THE STREETS OF GLORY"

When my time comes...time comes
Don't be sorry for me...sorry for me
I'll be kicking up gold dust...gold dust
On the streets of glory...streets of glory!

Farewell, brethren, farewell, farewell
I am at perfect peace...perfect peace.
Entering Heaven's shores...heaven's shores
Kicking up gold dust on the streets of Glory!

Come join me over yonder, soon,
Where I'll be kicking up gold dust...gold dust!
As we hurry down Glory Avenue...Glory Avenue!

Yes, kicking up gold dust...gold dust
On the streets of glory...streets of Glory
I'll be looking for my Jesus, my Saviour
As I'm kicking up gold dust...gold dust
On the streets of Glory! Glory!

Come and join me over yonder soon,
My Dear Ones
Where we'll be kicking up gold dust
On the streets of gold together...together!
As we travel down Glory Avenue
To embrace the SON OF GOD...SON OF GOD!
GLORY! HALLELUYAH!

Quote "kicking up gold dust on the streets of Glory" by Dr Adrian Rodgers, former preacher, Love Worth Finding; deceased November 15, 2005; from Ozarks Christian News (Dec/2005 issue). I watched his church services every Sunday on TV since I can't make it to church much. I admired and respected him so much and was always blessed by his services. He will be missed! He had to be a preaching cowboy since he wore cowboy boots...so, you can appreciate his quote more now imagining him kicking up gold dust on the streets of glory!

For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.

II Corinthians 5:1,8

Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you.

II Corinthians 13:11

And the building of the wall of it was of jasper; and the city was pure gold, like unto clear glass. And the foundations of the wall of the city were garnished with all manner of precious stones. The first foundation was jasper, the second, sapphire; the third, a chalcedony; the fourth, an emerald; the fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh, chrysolyte; the eighth, beryl; the ninth, a topaz; the tenth, a chrysprasus; the eleventh, a jacinth; the twelfth, an amethyst. And the twelve gates were twelve pearls; every several gate was of one pearl: and the street of the city was pure gold, as it were transparent glass.

Revelation 21:18-21

Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many namsions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also...

John 14:1-7

Children's children are the crown of old men; and the glory of children are their Father's.

Proverbs 17:6

For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Romans 8:38-39
